I am Electrical Engineer & I am working in these field last 10 years but i could not under stud problem regarding Integrated Circuit ( IC ).

Nayana, yes u have to connect all Vdd and Vss pins to appropriate sources…and use decoupling caps…this forum link has great info

Sir, I have almost completed my Digital IC tester using PIC and it works on software PROTEUS now i m at the stage of PCB layout……Problem is that the PIC18F452 has two VSS and VDD so both should be connected or any one of them????Plz Plz reply fast

sir,when both the programs are build using keil(simulation software) a lot of errors are seen and was unable to create the hex file.could you please correct the same and mail me.

i had some problem like why 24 pin socket is place because all the gate ic of 4000& 7400 series is of 14 pin.
how the serial communication is going on between to controllers,
other than gate how many ic this controller can test.
