Sir, I have almost completed my Digital IC tester using PIC and it works on software PROTEUS now i m at the stage of PCB layout……Problem is that the PIC18F452 has two VSS and VDD so both should be connected or any one of them????Plz Plz reply fast

Nayana, yes u have to connect all Vdd and Vss pins to appropriate sources…and use decoupling caps…this forum link has great info
